I have extensive experience within the markets for energy production and water treatment for process industry, pharmaceutical industry and off-shore. I have worked with highly professional customers and partners in Europe, Japan and USA. I am strongly motivated from motivating others – to see things happen! From my educational background at the Technical University of Denmark and Copenhagen Business School I am challenged by complex issues and to give the customers, partners and owners a little more than they expect.

During my different employments I have compiled deep experience with direct customer contact and negotiations as well as key account management, business development, strategy, budgeting, organizational development and change management and with board work. I hold a Master of Science Degree from The Technical University of Denmark (DTU). Besides being educated to a comprehensive and broad technical background, I specialized my Master Degree in chemistry from the Institute of Chemical Engineering at the Lyngby Campus.

I was overalll responsible for the Guldager Group operations in Denmark, Switzerland and Belgium. Furthermore, I also had responsibility for the daily management of Operations in Denmark. Operations cover all activitites within the areas of service, production, logistics, engineering and product development, and execution of Danish as well as international water treatment projects. I developed, implemented and executed concrete strategic plans as well as organizational and project based plans. For the Group and for the individual companies within the Group. I furthermore developed processes, procedures and quality measures as chairman for and participating in a number of internal steering and working groups. I also had Guldager A/S certified to ISO9001. I connection to change in ownership of the Guldager Group in 2016, I joined and participated through the due dilingence process.

I was responsible for Guldagers total sales of new products and services in Denmark and in the international market through direct KAM sales, partners and agents. Outline and executing of concrete strategy and activity plans. Negotiation and closing of sales budgets and reporting on targets and key figures to Executive Management and employees. Daily management of two function managers responsible for a sales and service center and for production and logistics.

Getinge Water Systems A/S

Performed during the period a strategic business development and change management by adapting the product portfolio to the market place and strengthened the international integration with the global sales network of the Getinge Group.
Furthermore, headed and conducted the operational implementation of the strategic activities and performed a modernization of the company’s internal organization and structures, amongst other issues a ISO9001/14001 quality and environmental certification.
The overall turnover of the company was increased by more than 25 % within the period and the company employeed around 50 people (2004).

FLS Miljø A/S

General Manager, Sales & Marketing Jan 2000 - Dec 2001

Head of the Business Units Sales Department holding responsibility for the total sales of the BU’s product portfolio within boiler technology and desulphurisation pants for the global power generating sector. Sales budget for 2001 amounted to above € 100 mio. Responsible for two department managers and 12 employees. Project Manager (Proposals) for the Company’s most significant desulphurisation projects (€ 80 – 130 mio).
